And here we are, the About page. I have always found it easier to write about my passions and interests; however, when it comes to writing about myself, not so much, but if I’m going to create an About page, I have to start somewhere!
Hey there! My name is Kara, and I come from the beautiful country of Ireland. I was born and raised in the heart of Dublin, a city I love for its vibrant atmosphere and friendly people. I’m a tall, self-assured woman who knows who she is and what she stands for. Despite my introverted nature, I am genuinely enthusiastic about getting to know new people and having in-depth discussions about our perspectives and opinions, particularly concerning the world of films, tv series, games, and books. I always find myself actively participating in conversations, intensively listening to people’s views on the narrative and their interpretations of specific characters, actions, scenes or endings.
I have always been fascinated with the world of storytelling. I find myself drawn to the captivating art of world-building, characterisation, music, visuals and narrative construction. There isn’t a day I don’t see myself engrossed in thoughts about the storytelling elements of a film, tv series, game, or book. The way these elements can come together to create a powerful and unforgettable experience is something that truly resonates with me.
I suppose that’s why I have such a passion for reading. Ever since I was young, I could always be found with my nose in a book, and as I grew older, my interest in reading only intensified. Even if I wasn’t reading a physical book, I always found myself immersed in some form of text, whether it was an eBook, article, a blog post, or browsing online.
Reading has been crucial in shaping my worldview and led me to discover my passion for writing. Over the last year, I’ve been working on improving my writing skills, which have become an essential tool for self-expression. Writing has allows me to express my thoughts and feelings in a way that’s sometimes challenging to do verbally.
Moreover, writing provides me with an outlet to share my opinions on various topics. That’s why I started a blog to share my passions, personal opinions, and learnings with my readers. Additionally, with so much misleading information online, I wanted to create a space where I can bring clarity to the topics I write about, which is why I chose the name for my website with a little twist.

These topics will include reviews, recommendations, details, facts, and addressing questions and expanding on the world of storytelling. Additionally, I aim to create a platform where my readers can connect with me and each other to ensure an interactive experience. They can participate in discussions on my blog posts, provide direct feedback, or even suggest what content they would like to see from me through my weekly voting polls.
